Rather partial to a G&T !

Well, I have opened a blog for my up and coming soiree to Hong Kong! I really have no idea if I will get passed this first entry... as its a holiday with some birding thrown in... not a torturous birding trip... disguised as holiday! Not sure I will be able to cope.
 
However my hostess and dearest friend Diane will come to rescue with the worlds best G&T, this perhaps has something to do with the ratio of Gin to Tonic!!!...but 'by jove'  its jolly good.!!

There are many reason to enjoy this fine beverage...
